Obtaining an organoid.
To obtain an organoid, you have to buy one in the RPG shop. Organoids are pretty pricey, but it's well worth to buy one. There are many different types of organoids. The price varies by the type and size of the organoid. After you buy it, you can choose colors, characteristics, weapons, and so on. You don't have to pay for weapons or anything for your organoid. Those come with the organoid.
Now, you may pretend your character had the organoid all along, or you could RP meeting and capturing it, or whatever. That's up to you.
Types
There are different types of organoids allowed on the site. There is a complete list in the organoid shop on the RPG boards of them all, aswell as a listing of common abilities and traits of each kind. If the type you're looking for is not on there, PM Koneko and she'll see if there's something she can do about it.
Fuse time and limits.
Organoids may only fuse once during a battle, and can only stay fused for a short period of time. In most cases, the organoid can not stay fused through the whole battle, so it's best to wait until you need it before calling it. The average time for an organoid to stay fused is a little less then a minute. That, however, varies a little with each organoid.
Fusing an organoid for too long will stress the organoid, cause it illness, or in the worst case, death. To avoid this, defuse your organoid when it becomes tired or is having trouble maintaining systems and keepings things boosted. Organoids that die will turn to stone, and some completely dissapear within 24 hours of death.
Abilities.
Organoids have a wide range of abilities. All organoids can heal minor damages and boost energy levels though. They also boost the offense and defense of a zoid, but the extent of the boost depends on the organoid's ability and stats itself. Organoids also have the ability to alter a core and the armor of a zoid until it is completely evolved. (You have to buy the RPG Permission for a certain zoid to evolve it. It takes the RPG Permission and an organoid to evolve a zoid.)
Weapons.
Common weapons on organoids are tail blades, claws, teeth, wing blades, possibly a mouth mounted cannon, and maybe a gun. You do NOT have to pay for these. You may modify your organoid with what weapons you see fit. Also, the cannons may be plasma, light charged partical (Requires equipment throughout the organoid's body), flame, ice, electric (Requires equipment throughout the organoid's body), or something along those lines. However, an organoid's weight and strength alone is quite a weapon in itself. It's up to the pilot if they want to add extra weapons to the organoid. If you want something really extensive, you should PM Koneko and make sure it's okay first.
Stats.
Every organoid must have its stats listed. These are rather complicated at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too hard. Basically, copy the base below and use it to fill out the organoid's stats.

Description:
Check other organoids on the site for examples. However, to clear up fusion stats, I'll add this: Fusion stats are basically how much your organoid boosts your zoid's performance when fused. If you have a fast organoid, the speed may be +80%. This means it boosts your zoid's normal speed +80%. (You may not actualy want to go that fast though. Using that full potential may possibly rip a zoid apart at the seams.)
NPC Organoids.
Once again, Non-Player Character organoids are great fun to use in an RP. The extent of what you would like to do with this organoid is up to you, but when it comes to NPC organoids, the RP can be a blast. However, NPC Organoids are not allowed to be used in a battle. They can not fuse to your zoid to help you out, nor can you use the NPC to attack your opponent. If you really want to, you can create a few NPC organoids you use in RPs for you and your roleplaying friends. It really spices things up to have an organoid after your character.
